Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the airport, making it ideal for transit stays. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, with repeated mentions of unclean linens, pests, and unpleasant odors. Service is often described as unhelpful or lacking empathy, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price charged. While a few mention friendly staff and decent food, the overall sentiment is negative due to poor maintenance and hygiene.
