Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience at the hotel, citing poor service from staff, confusing or unhelpful booking processes, and unwelcoming behavior. The hotel's location was frequently described as difficult to access, situated in an unpleasant or slum area, and not suitable for families or those with luggage. Cleanliness was another major concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, lack of basic amenities, and old towels. Room sizes were also criticized for being too small. Only a few reviews mentioned positive aspects such as helpful staff or clean rooms, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
