Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with major complaints centering on poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bed bugs, and stained linens. Many guests also found the service lacking, citing unhelpful staff, poor communication, and issues with amenities such as housekeeping and room service. Value for money was another major concern, as several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality received.
