Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bugs, cockroaches, and bad odors. Many guests also complain about poor service, with unhelpful or rude staff, long check-in times, and lack of promised amenities such as breakfast and room service. Bed comfort is another major concern, with reports of broken, uncomfortable mattresses and dirty bedding. The location is also criticized for being hard to access, with limited parking and unpleasant surroundings. Only a few reviews mention positive experiences, such as good value for money and supportive staff, but these are outweighed by the negative feedback.
