Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to local attractions and events. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, as do the quality and atmosphere of the on-site restaurant, especially the Greek cuisine. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful staff, poor communication, and lack of organization. Value for price is also a common concern, with several reviewers feeling the hotel is overpriced for what is offered.
