Everything went well until the tire blew off on the vehicle in Orlando and I was unable to get any support from your suppose to be support staff, in which four of them hung the phone up while I was still speaking . Enterprise was referred to me by a family member, but I can assure you that I will never refer them to anyone. The service was extremely good with making reservations and picking up the vehicle, but if you find yourself in trouble with one of their cars you are on your own. This incident cause me an extre five hundred bucks.
