My issue was with the drop off. I hit a pole, caused a dent and reported it immediately. I have third party insurance purchased through kayak. Hertz immediately billed my credit card approximately eight thousand dollars for the repairs, However, they are not providing the itemized repair bill. Now the insurance is not paying and Hertz has stopped responding, and I still have a charge for 8 thousand!!!!
