Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with the hotel, most notably criticizing the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, with repeated mentions of dirt, bugs, and unpleasant smells. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff, lack of towels, and maintenance issues. While a few guests appreciated the location and found the price reasonable, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Bed comfort and noise were additional sources of discontent. Only a handful of reviews mentioned positive staff interactions or value for price.

Cons (-) Not the most pleasing environment: roaches, cigarette smoke, creepy tenants.

Pros (+) Absolutely terrible didn't even have towels
Cons (-) The room looked so bad didn't even want to sleep under the covers

Pros (+) The room was overall clean and the staff were helpful, all one of them who work there.
Cons (-) There were only 3 sheets of toilet paper left on the roll, and we had to go down to the front desk to get some and barely made it in time, as the desk closes at 10pm. There were also no shower toiletries and only 2 towels for the three of us that had other people's hairs embedded within them.
