Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, repeatedly mentioning roaches, bugs, dirty bathrooms, and general lack of hygiene. There were also complaints about safety concerns, such as unlocked doors and suspicious activity outside. However, several guests praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and some appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and attractions. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, but the service and location received some positive feedback.
