Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of certain staff members. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as stained carpets and curtains, outdated rooms, and unpleasant odors. Parking was a frequent source of frustration due to unexpected fees and messy conditions during renovations. The pool was closed or unavailable for several guests, leading to disappointment. Overall, while some positive experiences with staff and location were noted, the hotel faces consistent criticism for cleanliness, parking, and amenities.

Pros (+) Cleanliness and Service!!!
Cons (-) We chose this specific hotel because it "provides" an airport shuttle; HOWEVER, when we asked the front-desk lady about the shuttle, she said that the shuttle services begins at 6:00 am. Our plane left at 5:50 am! We had to spend Taxi money, which we did not budget for. This a clear example of an illegal "Bait & Switch" practice!!!

Pros (+) Their shuttle was quick and convenient. There were delivery menus available for hungry late arrivers.
Cons (-) We experienced no problems during our stay.
