However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the comfort of the beds, citing issues such as discomfort and poor mattress quality. Service was another area of concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved issues. I like its view to the river . I don't like that we wait too long for having our room ready.

Pros (+) The breakfast was good for being a hotel lobby. There is only one cook and the cashier is the server. That makes for slow service.
Cons (-) The bed was old and sunken in the center. I requested a room change and was accommodated immediately. I had higher expectations for a Hilton hotel.
