Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport and local attractions. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfortable beds in several rooms. However, numerous guests mention ongoing renovations, cleanliness issues, and some maintenance problems, which detract from the overall experience. Amenities such as the pool and ice machines are sometimes unavailable or not as advertised. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, the hotel is currently affected by renovation-related inconveniences.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and comfortable and the customer service was excellent. We had a great complimentary breakfast there every morning.
Cons (-) There was very limited parking at the hotel. My daughter went out with friends and got back around 10:00 pm. There was nowhere to park. Our car was towed from an adjacent lot and it cost $160 to get it back.
