Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable pool area, and convenient location with beautiful views. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and food variety or quality, with some guests feeling the hotel did not meet 5-star standards. While some found the all-inclusive package and amenities satisfactory, others mentioned problems such as outdated rooms, inconsistent service, and lack of enforcement of pool rules. Overall, the positive aspects were the staff, pool, and location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and food.
