Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its prime location in Chania's old town, beautiful views, and proximity to attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several reviews mentioning outstanding service and personal touches. Cleanliness is also highlighted as a strong point, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests report significant noise issues, particularly from neighboring rooms or external sources, and several mention difficulties with parking due to the hotel's central location. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is very positive, especially for those valuing location and service.
