Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Many appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and the overall value for money, especially for short stays. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning untidy rooms, dirty linens, and maintenance issues in bathrooms and air conditioning. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and polite, while others report unresponsive or unhelpful behavior. Amenities are generally considered basic and somewhat outdated, but sufficient for budget travelers. Overall, the hotel is valued for its prime location and room size, but improvements in cleanliness and facility maintenance are needed.
