Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and proximity to restaurants, highways, and city attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, with several mentions of mold, insects, and poor housekeeping. The condition of the bathrooms was a major concern, with many reviews describing them as outdated, small, or in need of urgent renovation.
