Guests consistently praised the exceptionally friendly and attentive service, highlighting the staff as a standout feature of the hotel. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, along with the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and large pool, were also highly appreciated. Many guests enjoyed spacious rooms with balconies and jacuzzis, and found the breakfast to be satisfying, though some noted it could be improved.
