Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for access to local attractions, shops, and the Hunter Valley. Comfortable beds were a highlight, contributing to a restful stay. Friendly and helpful staff received frequent positive mentions, enhancing the guest experience. Many reviewers felt the hotel offered good value for the price paid. However, opinions on cleanliness were mixed, with some guests noting issues like dirty curtains, outdated facilities, and maintenance concerns, while others found their rooms clean and well-prepared. Safety and noise were occasional concerns, particularly due to the proximity to a pub and reports of undesirable guests.
