Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful service, the clean and enjoyable pool area, and its convenient location with beautiful views. However, several reviews raise concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, lack of proper housekeeping, and maintenance issues. Some guests also mention safety concerns and negative experiences with staff attitude. Despite these drawbacks, many guests appreciated the value for money and the overall atmosphere, especially those who had positive interactions with the staff and enjoyed the pool and views.
