Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's stunning views of Lake Como, highlighting the beautiful scenery from rooms, the restaurant, and the pool area. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, enhancing their stay. The pool and air conditioning were appreciated, especially during hot weather. However, several guests were disappointed with the small room sizes and felt the hotel was overpriced for what was offered. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some finding it lacking in quality and variety. Access to the hotel was noted as challenging due to narrow roads, and some amenities like parking and pool towels incurred extra charges. Overall, the location and views were the standout positives.
