Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were largely dissatisfied with their stay at the hotel. The most common complaints were about poor cleanliness, with many reviews describing rooms and facilities as dirty, old, or in need of renovation. Service issues were also frequently mentioned, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with refunds. Several guests felt that the rooms were small, outdated, or did not match the descriptions or photos online. Many reviewers also felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for low quality. Only a few positive comments were made about the staff and bed comfort in some cases, but these were exceptions rather than the rule.
