Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, especially its proximity to IT Park, convenience stores, and city attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating service. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with many guests describing the rooms and facilities as clean and tidy. Value for price was generally seen as good, with several guests appreciating the affordability. Some reviews mentioned spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were a few negative comments regarding outdated facilities, occasional maintenance issues, and a serious complaint about refund handling, but these were outweighed by the positive feedback overall.
