Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with many expressing disappointment in the service, cleanliness, and outdated facilities. Several guests noted technical issues in their rooms, poor maintenance, and a lack of amenities expected from a five-star property. The location received neutral feedback, being convenient for the airport but not particularly appealing otherwise. However, the pool area and some spacious rooms were highlighted as positives, and a few guests mentioned friendly staff and attractive hotel design. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements, but the pool and some aspects of room comfort were appreciated.
