Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking location, with direct access to hiking and skiing, as well as the panoramic views. Breakfast and dinner were often described as excellent and varied, though a few guests found the restaurant quality inconsistent or not up to the hotel's rating. The pool and spa facilities were highlighted as modern and enjoyable, though some wished for warmer water. Service was generally friendly and attentive, with special mentions for helpful staff, though a few reviews noted isolated instances of rudeness or lack of enthusiasm. Some guests disliked certain dining policies, lack of in-room amenities, and felt the value for price could be improved, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.
