Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific employees. Comfortable beds and clean rooms were also mentioned positively by some guests. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the hotel, citing unpleasant odors, dirty carpets, and issues with pests. Breakfast was another common point of criticism, with guests describing it as insufficient, poorly stocked, or unappetizing. Parking was also noted as problematic, especially during busy periods. Overall, while service and bed comfort stood out as positives, cleanliness and breakfast quality were recurring concerns.

Pros (+) The staff was nice
Cons (-) It was a busy weekend so they raised their rates! The bed are hard. There was a long straight hair on my blanket. The dust ruggle stains on it and they were very easy to see! There were sticky drink rings on the night stand. Just a bit dirty!
