Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the poor quality and limited selection of breakfast, ongoing renovations, lack of an elevator, and inconsistent or unhelpful service. Some guests also mentioned noise issues and problems with advertised amenities, such as shuttle service and parking. Overall, while the hotel offers comfort and proximity to the airport, improvements are needed in breakfast, facilities, and service.

Pros (+) Concierge was really friendly and helpful, cheers to him. Hotel is really close to Napoli Airport, only took me a 7 minute drive.

Poor lighting in the room, no light bulb in the nightstand lamp. Windows were not soundproof. Hotel is by the highway, so there was a lot of noise from the cars and the party in the restaurant downstairs. Description pr...
