Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for visiting the Reggia and the city center. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the free, convenient parking was a standout feature for many. While some guests appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, others noted issues with maintenance and cleanliness in certain areas. The breakfast, however, was a frequent point of criticism, with many finding it underwhelming, poorly organized, or lacking in variety and quality. Overall, the positives of location, service, and parking outweighed the negatives for most guests.
