Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and, in several cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues, including poor cleanliness, unreliable or absent WiFi, and noise disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. Some guests also reported problems with room amenities, service inconsistencies, and parking. While a few guests enjoyed their stay, citing clean rooms and comfortable beds, negative experiences with hygiene, noise, and basic services were common.
