Cons (-) Check-in for my stay on the 16-18th was at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30am on the 17th after driving. (Not even 12 hours after check-in) Reservation isn't held, I'm told I have to make another booking. Decide to go to another hotel down the street because I didn't feel like giving them more money. Only refunded half my bill when I didn't even stay there and didn't cancel my reservation
