Very good

Pros (+) The good: Very nice staff. Beautiful indoor pool and charming architecture. Comfortable beds. You cannot beat the location. The bad: On our first night they put us in a terrible room (#105.) DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ROOM. ASK TO SEE YOUR ROOM BEFORE ACCEPTING. The room was dark, noisy, with a tiny window and a bathroom that was not air conditioned and had a window opening to the street that could not be...

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful. The staff is always willing to help to make sure your stay is unforgettable. The restaurant ALMA, located in the hotel, is one of the best restaurants in Cartagena. If you are going to spend time in the hotel and are with someone special, this is the place to stay. Unlike the bigger luxury hotels in Cartagena, this hotel offers a more personal/intimate service since there a...
Cons (-) There were very few down sides to our stay, but there was some pressure cleaning of the pool area being done at night until 2am, which was a bit load/disturbing. Also, there are some parts of the hotel that you have to be quite in since some guests complain about everything (the roof sun deck is one of those areas)!
