Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its excellent central location, attentive and friendly staff, and delicious breakfast offerings. Many highlight the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere, with several noting the quiet rooms despite the central setting. The service, especially from named staff members, is frequently described as outstanding and personal. Some guests mention the charming decor and pleasant common areas, such as the rooftop pool and garden. However, a few reviews express dissatisfaction with the value for price, citing high costs or issues with payment processes. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended by most guests.
