Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the exceptional service, especially highlighting Stella's warmth, helpfulness, and attention to detail. The hotel's central location within Cartagena's historic center was highly appreciated, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many guests enjoyed the delicious, freshly prepared breakfasts and noted the spotlessly clean rooms and charming colonial atmosphere. While a few mentioned minor inconveniences such as noise from nearby parties or issues with amenities, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return and recommend the hotel to others.
