Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location and generally clean, comfortable rooms. Many appreciated the friendly staff and amenities like the pool and balconies. However, a major recurring complaint was the frequent malfunction or unavailability of elevators, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors. Some guests also noted minor issues with breakfast options, noise, and occasional lapses in service, but overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness.
