Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s excellent location, friendly and helpful service, and satisfying breakfast options. Cleanliness is also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, some guests report issues with parking, including unclear markings, difficult access, and extra fees. A few negative experiences are noted regarding accessibility for those with mobility issues, outdated spa facilities, and rare but serious incidents involving staff conduct and property security. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for those seeking a central, clean, and welcoming stay with good breakfast offerings.
