Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a very convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, and SIUC campus. Many guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the breakfast variety, though opinions on breakfast quality were mixed. Cleanliness was a significant issue, with frequent mentions of dirty rooms, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service was generally neutral, with some positive interactions but also reports of unfriendly staff and reservation issues. The hotel is considered outdated by several guests, and amenities like the pool and ice machines were sometimes unavailable or poorly maintained.
