Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and clean, updated rooms. Many appreciated the added beach amenities and relaxing atmosphere. However, several guests were disappointed with the restaurant experience, citing unfriendly staff, lack of upscale service, and high prices. Some also mentioned small bathrooms and extra fees, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for a pleasant stay.
