Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent service, highlighting the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate needs. Cleanliness was also a strong positive, with many noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast buffet received high marks for variety and quality, and the hotel's location was appreciated for its proximity to the beach, beautiful surroundings, and tranquil atmosphere.
