Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions and amenities, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who often went above and beyond. However, several reviewers expressed concerns about cleanliness, citing dirty rooms and maintenance issues. The breakfast and pool received mixed feedback, with some guests disappointed by the pool closure and others finding breakfast just average. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and amenities would enhance the guest experience.
