Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were highly satisfied with the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, frequently mentioning excellent service at the front desk and throughout their stay. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many guests describing their rooms as clean and fresh. While the breakfast received mixed feedback—some found it very good, others thought it could be improved—overall impressions were positive. Some concerns were raised about room odors, dated furniture, and the value for price, but these were less common. The hotel’s convenient location and comfortable beds were also appreciated.

Carlton, Jun 2018
Pros (+) The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff cordial.
Cons (-) I was not notified that they were fixing water lines and was without water for the better part of my stay. The staff said they told Expedia, through which I booked the room, but nobody told me, and I hold both Expedia responsible, and the hotel, as their compensation offer to me was a free soda. Really?
