The staff received consistent accolades for their friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness, with many guests highlighting exceptional service from both the front desk and housekeeping teams. While breakfast quality and variety received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it underwhelming, the overall experience was positive due to the hotel's amenities, atmosphere, and value. Some minor issues were noted with soundproofing, pool access, and room service menu variety, but these did not significantly detract from the overall satisfaction.
