Guests consistently praise the hotel for its outstanding breakfast, often described as exceptional, with a wide variety and high quality, including à la carte options. The staff receives high marks for their attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency, making the overall service a highlight of many stays. The location is also frequently mentioned as excellent, being close to attractions and restaurants. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with several reviews noting immaculate rooms and high-quality linens. However, a few guests found some rooms to be small or cramped, and there were occasional maintenance issues, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
