Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal a mixed experience at the hotel. While several guests praised the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the spacious and clean rooms, many others reported significant issues. Common complaints included poor service, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and problems with basic amenities such as lifts, water, and breakfast. The location was described as being inside a narrow street, which some found inconvenient. Value for money was a recurring concern, with several guests feeling the hotel did not meet their expectations or match the online photos. Despite a few positive experiences, the overall sentiment is largely negative due to the frequency and severity of the problems reported.
