Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the quality and variety of the food, and the convenient location of the hotel. However, many reviews reported significant cleanliness issues, including pests, dirty linens, and poorly maintained rooms and facilities. Amenities were described as outdated or lacking, and some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid, especially during peak times. While the property has potential and is family-friendly, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
