Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable beds. Many found the rooms spacious and enjoyed the breakfast offerings. However, several reviews noted issues with the pool, such as cleanliness, limited hours, or being too cold. Negative feedback was also directed at the service, particularly the front desk staff, who were described as unfriendly or rude in multiple reviews. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of cleanliness, location, and bed comfort stood out for most guests.

The kitchen lady, Irma, was the light of our day. She presented our breakfast and coffee areas as if she was expecting royalty. The room was cleaned and even deep cleaned as I was there 10 days. My only complaint was a late night/early morning man. He was nice to us but not everyone. I’ll be writing the hotel about him.
