Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms to be spacious and well furnished. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was described as mixed, with some staff members being helpful and polite, while others were considered unaccommodating or rude. Pros (+) We stayed in a family suite. The room was incredibly spacious. The staff was very pleasant.
Cons (-) The halls had a strong smell of cheap airfreshener and the beds weren't amazingly comfy. If luxury is your aim, it's not for you. If space and functionality is what you're looking for, it's great.
