Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s breakfast for its variety and quality, and many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Spacious and clean rooms were also appreciated by several reviewers. However, some guests noted that the hotel and rooms felt dated and in need of renovation, and there were multiple complaints about the pool being closed, unclean, or poorly managed. Pros (+) Got a big jet tub in the middle of our room. The full kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Bed was comfy, staff was pleasant, price was good. It was right by the highway, easy to find.
Cons (-) Only a minor complaint: No ice machine or vending machine on our floor, just an empty room where they should have been.
