Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Some found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poor maintenance. The structure was often described as old and in need of renovation, and some guests experienced issues with noise and lack of amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and positive service experiences were frequently highlighted.
