Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly service, and spacious rooms. However, many reviews mention issues with the elevators, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems, particularly with cleanliness and the condition of some rooms and bathrooms. While the views and staff are often highlighted as positives, recurring complaints about noise, elevator delays, and the need for renovations suggest areas for improvement.
