Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff, with many mentioning specific team members for their professionalism and warmth. The location is frequently praised for its proximity to the beach and beautiful surroundings. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and rooms are generally appreciated. However, several guests note that the pool is too small for the number of guests, and breakfast options could be improved. Some negative feedback concerns outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, and issues with the all-inclusive package details. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, especially due to the attentive staff and excellent location.
