Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlight friendly and helpful staff, especially with check-in and special requests. While some found their rooms clean and comfortable, others experienced issues with hygiene and maintenance. Overall, the location and service are strong positives, but cleanliness standards are inconsistent.
